2. What this site is
The site presents Illustrus services: websites, apps and databases, automations and AI integrations. It is not an online shop: nothing is bought and no contract is concluded through it. By using the site, you accept these terms.
3. Quote requests and contracts
- A quote request sent through the form commits neither you nor us to anything.
- The tailored quote we send describes the work, timeline and price, and is valid for the period stated in it.
- Work starts only after we sign a contract together or you accept the quote in writing. Final prices and conditions are those in the contract.
4. If you are a consumer
If we conclude a distance contract with you as a private individual, you have the rights set out in Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, including the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. If you expressly ask us to start before the 14 days end, you pay for the work already done, and once the service has been fully performed with your agreement, you can no longer withdraw. You’ll receive the full details, including the model withdrawal form, with the quote and contract.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s text, logo, graphics, animations and code belong to ILLUSTRUS SRL and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. Rights to work made for clients are set by contract.
6. Liability
The information on this site is general and is neither a firm offer nor a guarantee of any particular result. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for the content of external sites we may link to.
7. Personal data
How we use your data is described in the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
8. Complaints and disputes
If something isn’t right, please email us first at the address above; we aim to resolve every issue amicably. Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution (ANPC). These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes fall under the competent courts of Romania.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date. The Romanian version prevails.
